MY SUCCESS STORY
How I Started
My journey began with a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Prasad Institute of Technology, Jaunpur (APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University), where I developed a strong foundation in power systems and electronics.
In 2021, I joined WHITELION as an R&D Assistant, where I gained practical experience in testing, validation, and hardware development. Over the next two years, I advanced to roles as Testing & Validation Engineer and later Testing and Hardware Engineer, contributing to product innovation and ensuring quality performance of energy systems.
Currently, I am an Engineer - BMS Testing and Validation (R&D) at Matter Motor Works Pvt Ltd, where I specialize in battery management systems, high-voltage engineering, and hardware validation for next-generation e-mobility solutions. My focus is on delivering reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy systems that power the future of electric mobility.
With expertise in Battery Testing, Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, and System Validation, I am committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation in the EV and renewable energy sector.
